Join us for our annual Bucket List Sailing trip to St. Kilda, departing from the Clyde Estuary in 2019. Start the trip off when you join the yacht at Kip marina, where Taeping calls home. Just a short hop from Glasgow Airport it won’t be long before you are immersed in the ocean racing yacht experience. With familiarisarion and safety briefs to start your adventure it won’t be long before we head out for some crew training to prepare for our sail to the dual UNESCO world heritage site. With careful weather watching going on it won’t be long before we are rounding the famous Mull of Kintyre and heading for the Outer Hebrides before we take on the North Atlantic and aim for St. Kilda .
Watching the weather carefully your skipper will make the decision on when it is best to head out into the North Atlantic to have the greatest chance to get ashore on St. Kilda. Weather permitting we will likely spend a night and day at Anchor allowing you to have some time ashore in this amazing historical location.
